- Trader Joe's has a small selection of mixes. Some just come seasonally and so are always in stock. I do try to keep a few in the pantry for an easy, home baked treat. This time I chose The Chocolate Mochi Cake.
- This one is just $3.99 and doesn't disappoint. Only three added items from the pantry. Butter, Eggs and water! The only "extra" thing I added was two tablespoons of creamy peanut butter to the frosting. It gave it a more peanut buttery flavor that I love.

It called for an 8"x8" pan but I used a 8"x14" dish I had, so it was a little thinner.
I would definitely get it again and have a couple in the pantry for an easy bake dessert. Baking doesn't always have to involve a ton of ingredients and time.
