I think I found a recipe that works.
About a month ago, I dove in and began my sourdough journey. There are 100’s, actually thousands of Pinterest recipes, micro bakers, novice bakers and professional bakers all with tips and tricks to making sourdough, and I read them all, watched the videos, and read blogs.
Let me tell you, it’s hard…
Its technical, scientific, precise and temperamental.
So many factors can change the result of a good loaf of sourdough. I’m sharing my recipe but do your own research and definitely watch videos.
