- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Pitted Chopped Kalamata Olives
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Rosemary
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 Cups Bread Flour
- 1 1/4 Tsp Instant Yeast
Start by adding all the ingredients into the baking pan of the bread machine. You want to add them in the order we have them listed.
Make sure the pan is sitting securely in the bread machine.
Now select a 1.5 lb capacity, French Cycle with a crust set to medium.
When the bread is done, be sure to let it cool before cutting. You can cut when hot if you will be eating the whole loaf right away. If you cut when hot and need to store it after you will end up with a much dryer bread.
